Dr. Josh Wredberg
Lead Pastor
Josh served as the main teaching pastor when Redeemer began in 2008. He is a graduate of Maranatha Baptist University and Shepherds Theological Seminary. He has also earned a doctorate in preaching from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Josh is the author of Exalting Jesus in John—a commentary in the Christ-Centered Exposition series—and 30 Days to 1 Samuel. He and his wife, Cari, have three boys.
Don Sandberg
Discipleship Pastor
Don graduated with a degree in Secondary Education and taught high school life sciences for 21 years. He also has an M.A. in Theology, with a major in Christian Apologetics from Trinity Theological Seminary. He served as an associate pastor for seven years in Cary, NC. His wife, Kay, is a professor of Organic Chemistry at North Carolina State University.
Adam Darnell
Executive Pastor
Adam served as the founding pastor of a church for 9 years before coming to minister at Redeemer. He received an M.Div. in Advanced Biblical Studies at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Wake Forest, NC. God saved him at the age of 14. He and his wife, Heather, have two children.
Chris Burnette
Elder
Chris is a graduate of the College of Electrical Engineering at NC State University, and most recently managed a technical marketing team at Red Hat Corporation. He made a profession of faith at the age of eight, and truly surrendered his life to God at sixteen. Chris served as a deacon for seven years and an elder for five years in Raleigh, NC. He and his wife, Mindy, have been blessed with two sons: Jackson and Ross.
Don Curry
Elder
Don Curry has been a member of Redeemer Community Church since its inception in 2008, serving as a deacon at Redeemer before joining the elder team. A graduate of NC State, Don is a civil engineer and owner of an engineering firm here in Fuquay-Varina. He is married to Juli (a native Fuquay-Varinian) and they have three children.
Geoff Erb
Elder
Geoff is a graduate of Messiah College and received his master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. He has been employed by Caterpillar for 25 years. Geoff came to faith as a young child. He has enjoyed serving the Lord through teaching children for many years, and oversees Redeemer’s children’s ministry. Geoff and his wife, Amy, have two college-age kids: Micah and Emma.
Stephen Estes
Family Pastor
Stephen is a native of Durham, NC. He received his bachelors degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and an M.Div. and Th.M. from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC. Much to Don Curry’s chagrin, Stephen is an avid Tarheel fan. He is married to Maria, and they have three children.
Anthony Kinzer
Elder
Anthony is a South Dakota native and came to faith in his early 20’s. He loves the church and has a heart for evangelism. Anthony is a licensed electrician. He has been in the electrical industry since 2006. He and his wife Melanie have three children: Niah, Brielle, and Zane.
